Design of Vivo X200 Leaked in Dummy Unit; Battery Details of Vivo X200 Pro Revealed Online

The Vivo X200 lineup is set to be released as the next generation of the Vivo X100 series. While the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro made their debut in India in January of this year, they were first unveiled in China in November 2023 and then introduced globally in December. The company has not yet confirmed the release of the new phones or their timeline, but rumors about the Vivo X200 models have been circulating recently. A recent leak reveals the alleged design of a prototype Vivo X200 unit, and another source has provided information about the battery specifications of the Vivo X200 Pro.

Expected Design and Features of Vivo X200

A prototype of the Vivo X200 was shared on Weibo by tipster Experience More. The rear camera setup is housed in a centrally positioned circular module surrounded by a silver ring.

The Vivo X200 is also expected to feature a slightly curved display with very thin and consistent bezels. The front camera is located in a centered hole-punch cutout at the top of the screen. The bottom edge of the phone shows a speaker grille, a USB Type-C port, a microphone, and a SIM card slot.

Earlier reports suggest that the Vivo X200 may come equipped with a custom 50-megapixel Sony main camera, a 3x telephoto lens, and a 1.5K display.

Expected Battery and Other Features of Vivo X200 Pro

According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the Vivo X200 Pro could sport a battery with a capacity exceeding 6,000mAh. To address concerns about the phone’s weight and thickness due to the large battery, the company may utilize fiberglass material for the body, similar to what is used in the Vivo X Fold 3 series.

Previous leaks from the same source indicate that the Vivo X200 Pro may be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, feature an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, and include a triple rear camera setup with a periscope lens. The phone is also rumored to have a 6.7 or 6.8-inch slightly curved 1.5K display.
