Google Pixel 9a Leaked Renders

According to a recent report by Android Headlines, leaked design renders of the Google Pixel 9a have been making rounds online. The phone is expected to be available in four color options: Iris, Obsidian, Peony, and Porcelain. One noticeable change from its predecessor, the Pixel 8a, is the flat rear camera module that blends seamlessly with the rear panel of the handset.

The Google Pixel 9a is rumored to have dimensions of 154 x 73 x 8.9mm, making it larger than its predecessor. This increase in size is reportedly due to the inclusion of a larger battery, with the device expected to house a 5,100mAh battery – the largest ever seen in a Pixel phone. Additionally, it is said to support 23W wired and 7.5W wireless charging, similar to the Pixel 8a.

Expected Features and Pricing

Rumors suggest that the Google Pixel 9a will be powered by a Tensor G4 SoC and will also feature a Titan M2 security chip. Pre-orders for the device are expected to kick off on March 19, with a planned release date of March 26. The starting price for the phone is rumored to be $499 (approximately Rs. 42,000) for the 128GB storage variant.

In terms of camera capabilities, the Google Pixel 9a is expected to sport a 48-megapixel primary rear sensor paired with a 13-megapixel ultra-wide Sony IMX712 sensor. The front camera is likely to feature a 13-megapixel sensor as well. Additionally, the phone may come with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, providing users with added durability and peace of mind.

As the launch date of the Google Pixel 9a draws closer, more details are expected to surface, giving consumers a clearer picture of what to expect from this highly anticipated device. Stay tuned for further updates and announcements regarding the Google Pixel 9a.
