Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Partners with Beckhaul Digital for Improved Internet Connectivity

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has taken a significant step towards enhancing internet connectivity for commuters across all its corridors. In a recent development, DMRC signed an agreement with Beckhaul Digital Technologies Private Limited to deploy 700 km of fibre optic cables along all metro lines, including the Airport Line.

Phased Rollout for Enhanced Connectivity

According to an official statement, the rollout of the fibre optic network will take place in phases. The Pink and Magenta Lines will be the first to go live, with the rest of the lines expected to be ready within the next six months. This strategic initiative aims to provide high-speed internet access to commuters and support various telecommunication services.
