Question: I used to be let go final yr due to COVID-19 after nearly 29 years at my company for “financial reasons.” I not too long ago noticed a place posting to most people for a similar job. Is there a motive why my company would not name me again?  And if I do apply and am not chosen for no matter motive, is there a problem right here that I can discover with the HR division of the company and even authorized counsel? – Noel C.
