2024 Election Update: Elon Musk to Interview Trump on Monday Night
Deputy President Kamala Harris and her election partner, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, have completed a campaign spree in a pivotal state while Republican vice presidential candidate Senator JD Vance campaigned for himself and former President Donald Trump.
A judge in Albany, New York, declared on Monday that the numerous signatures gathered by the campaign of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in the state were “disqualified” after a group aligned with the Democrats argued that he deceived voters by using an address he rarely visits as his home.
Judge Christina Ryba directed the New York Board of Elections to exclude Kennedy’s name from the ballot this autumn.
An attorney representing Kennedy stated to journalists last week that they would challenge any ruling against them.
This ruling might lead Democrats to file similar lawsuits against Kennedy in other states where he gathered signatures from registered voters to be on the ballot.

The FBI is looking into alleged efforts by Iran to target the then-Biden-Harris campaign, sources familiar with the situation confirmed to ABC News.
The supposed targeting through spear-phishing emails took place before Biden declared his withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race, according to the sources.
While the campaign was the target, the alleged hack did not succeed, added the sources.
The FBI is also investigating an alleged hack of the Trump campaign, as per a brief statement from the agency earlier on Monday.
The FBI did not assign blame to anyone in its statement.
A source familiar with the situation informed ABC News that Trump adviser Roger Stone has been notified that his email accounts have been breached and is cooperating with any investigation into the matter.
The Washington Post first reported this news.

Trump shared on X for the first time in nearly a year prior to his discussion with Elon Musk planned for Monday night.
The video shared is a previously released campaign advertisement referring to his numerous accusations and informing supporters, “They are not coming after me, they are coming after you.”
The most recent time Trump shared on X was on Aug. 24, 2023. It was an image of his booking photo from Fulton County, when he surrendered to authorities following his indictment for interfering in the election in Georgia.
