IT titan Wipro has designated Srinivas Pallia as its novel Chief Executive Officer, succeeding the resignation of Thierry Delaporte, as per a declaration submitted to the exchanges by the corporation.

 Who is Srinivas Pallia?

1. Srinivas Pallia has been affiliated with Wipro for over 32 years, initiating as a Merchandise Administrator in 1992, as outlined in his LinkedIn. He has occupied various positions encompassing Marketing & Brand Manager, Chief Administrator of US Central Operations, and Vice President of Enterprise Business in the USA. Mr Pallia spearheaded transformative endeavours internationally as Senior Vice President & Global Head of Business Application Services and subsequently became the Chief Executive of Wipro’s RCTG Business Unit. He also functioned as President of the Consumer Business Unit before assuming the role of CEO for the Americas region. Presently, he holds the position of CEO and Managing Director of Wipro.
