Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar is currently in Jaipur shooting for his upcoming horror-comedy film ‘Bhoot Bangla’. The actor was recently spotted enjoying the sunny weather and sipping tea on the roof of his vanity van in between takes. Directed by Priyadarshan, the film is being shot at various iconic locations in the Pink City, including Chomu House, Galta Ji, and Sisodia Rani Ka Bagh.

Shooting Locations and Schedule

A major portion of the film has already been shot at these picturesque locations over the past month. Akshay Kumar was recently seen at Sisodia Rani Ka Bagh filming a scene before wrapping up his schedule and heading back to Mumbai. The actor also took some time off to celebrate Makar Sankranti by flying kites with his co-star Paresh Rawal.

Star-Studded Cast

Apart from Akshay Kumar, ‘Bhoot Bangla’ also stars Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, and Tabu. Tabu was seen filming a dance sequence at the Galta Ji Temple, while other scenes were shot at specially constructed sets for the movie. The production house had initially planned to shoot at Chomu Palace for a month, but had to change locations due to conflicting wedding bookings.

Akshay Kumar’s Connection to the Location

Interestingly, Akshay Kumar had shot at Chomu Palace 17 years ago for Priyadarshan’s film ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’. This time around, the actor completed his scenes at the new location before wrapping up his schedule in Jaipur. The film is expected to be a unique blend of horror and comedy, promising entertainment for the audience.
