Gola Sizzlers: More Than Just Sizzlers, Offering a Variety of Delicious Cuisines to Make It Your Go-To Dining Destination
Having a rich history of more than three decades, Gola Sizzlers has established itself as a dominant force in the culinary world. While renowned for its sizzlers (and rightfully so), its menu covers a wide range of Indian, Chinese, Continental, Mughlai, Italian, and Japanese dishes. I visited the Gola Sizzlers branch in Saket, which was bustling with patrons enjoying the live music. The vibrant atmosphere set the stage for a delightful evening with my family. I commenced my gastronomic journey with the Dahi Kebab – a crispy, flavorful pleasure that perfectly matched my refreshing cocktail. A promising start to what turned out to be a memorable dining experience.
Naturally, no trip to Gola Sizzlers is complete without savoring their specialty – sizzler, naturally. I chose the Chilli Chicken Sizzler, which was incredibly flavorful, with the sizzling sounds and fragrant steam enticing me the moment it was placed in front of me. The chicken was impeccably cooked, and the accompanying vegetables provided a delightful crispiness.
However, the true surprise of the evening was the North Indian cuisine. Everyone has their own preference for butter chicken. Mine leans towards being slightly tangy, spicy, and not excessively creamy. This is exactly what I received at Gola Sizzlers, and I was amazed. The dal makhani and malai kofta were equally outstanding, in fact, absolutely delicious. Despite feeling full, I couldn’t resist indulging in more and more. Oh, I almost forgot, there was also Alfredo Mushroom Pasta. It was enjoyable, but the Indian spread captured all my attention.
Oh, what a gratifying meal it was. The only missing element was a delectable dessert, and I found just that – Ice Cream Sizzler – a refreshing and luxurious sweet ending to a truly satisfying meal.
