Shangri-La Eros New Delhi welcomes guests to an exclusive gastronomic affair at Shang Palace – The Clawsome Chobster Feast. Chobster is a novel concept blending the tastes of chicken and lobster. Curious about the flavors? We sampled the menu at Shang Palace, and it was truly exceptional. We commenced our culinary journey with the Spicy Chicken Salad with Green Apple Mint and Pine Nuts. The salad was so flavorful and invigorating that we devoured it in minutes. Among the Hot Appetizers, the Chongqing Lobster is a must-savor. Crispy lobster bits combined with Sichuan peppers provided a fiery delight that we adored. We also tried the Dim Sum – Kafir Lime Lobster dumpling with caviar, and the Lobster and chicken shou mai with xo. While both were satisfactory, we preferred the former variety. Don’t overlook the Fried trio organic wild rice (lobster chicken and egg) from the Main Course. The delicately flavored rice dish is sufficient to satisfy your cravings.
