Mumbai is gearing up for heavy rainfall today, prompting authorities to advise residents to stay indoors. This comes after continuous downpours yesterday caused waterlogging and led to the cancellation of 11 flights.

  1. Schools and colleges in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) area will remain open today. The civic body stated that the rainfall was manageable and did not disrupt daily life in the city.
