Police Confirm 7 Fatalities in 3 Separate Road Accidents, Including Police Officer, in Uttar Pradesh

Seven individuals, including a police officer and his spouse, were deceased in distinct road mishaps on the Delhi-Dehradun national highway in Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar in the previous 24 hours, authorities stated on Tuesday.
Officer Sudhir Kumar (28) and his spouse Sonia (26) were deceased when their motorcycle was struck by a truck on Tuesday. Because of the crash, a piece of the truck ignited and the couple were trapped beneath the automobile, they mentioned.
A fire department was dispatched to the location to manage the inferno. Mr Kumar was stationed in Moradabad district, Circle Officer (Nai Mandi) Rupali Rao stated.
The truck operator absconded from the site. The corpses have been sent for post-mortem analysis, authorities mentioned.
In the second occurrence, Ishwar Dayal (25) and Sandeep Verma (28) were deceased when their motorcycle was struck by a fast unidentified vehicle close to a Mahindra showroom under the Mansurpur police station locality on Tuesday, authorities stated.
Mr Dayal and Mr Verma were journeying from Muzaffarnagar to Khatauli when the mishap took place. The operator of the other vehicle fled the location. The corpses have been sent for post-mortem, Circle Officer Ramashish Yadav stated.
In the third occurrence, three males — Sorabh Pal (26), Daksh Saini (25) and Krishan (23) — perished after their motorcycle was struck by a fast truck near Mansurpur distillery late Monday night. The truck operator succeeded in fleeing, he stated.
Authorities stated all three occurrences are under scrutiny and attempts are being made to capture the operators implicated in the hit-and-run incidents.
