NEW DELHI: The central authorities submitted earlier than the Supreme Court on Monday that the ministry of data and broadcasting was prepared with its order on Sudarshan News over “UPSC Jihad” and that it could serve it to the events tomorrow.

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta submitted that the ministry of data and broadcasting was prepared with its order on the complaints in opposition to the ‘Bindas Bol’ present over “UPSC Jihad” and that it may be served on the events tomorrow.
“Any aggrieved person can challenge it thereafter,” Mehta instructed the apex courtroom.
The high courtroom was listening to a petition filed by advocate Firoz Iqbal Khan in opposition to Sudarshan TV news channel for a programme on the alleged infiltration of Muslims into the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
Ministry had earlier heard Sudarshan News TV on the complaints that alleged that the present violated this system code by communalizing the entry of Muslims into the civil providers.
The Supreme Court had, in its interim order on September 15, stayed the telecast of the remaining episodes of the programme on “UPSC Jihad” until additional orders.
It had determined to study the bigger situation within the case with respect to the balancing of free speech with different constitutional values, together with the basic proper to equality and truthful remedy for each phase of residents.
