The BIMS 2024 Awards Council, comprising eminent figures in the Thai automotive sector and presided over by Dr. Prachin Eamlumnow, Chairman of the BIMS Organizing Committee and CEO of Grand Prix International PCL, adjudicates and confers awards to brands and automotive products that leave a profound impact on industry professionals, media, and consumers at the BIMS event.
In the category of “Best Concept Commercial EV,” VinFast’s VF Wild emerged victorious, outshining competitors from 49 renowned brands worldwide, spanning the U.S., Germany, Japan, and China. The BIMS Award Council lauded the VF Wild’s design, praising its robustness, ingenuity, opulent aesthetics, and remarkable interior.
The Southeast Asian debut of the VF Wild receives an added boost with this accolade, affirming VinFast’s innovative prowess and underscoring the VF Wild’s potential to lead the pickup truck segment in the Southeast Asian market. The global buzz surrounding the VF Wild intensified following its debut at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2024 in the United States earlier this year.
In the “Exhibit Design Award” category, VinFast’s booth garnered the highest acclaim from the Awards Council, commending its ability to showcase VinFast’s diverse electric product ecosystem in a captivating and immersive manner. This encompassed electric scooters, the compact SUV VF 3, the VF Wild, and a spectrum of electric vehicles across various model segments.
