Oppenheimer features ‘full nudity’: Florence Pugh nude

Florence Pugh is sharing an awkward moment from filming Oppenheimer. “During an “Oppenheimer” casting of Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt, Florence Pugh, and Jamie Dornan as the moderator, Florence Pugh revealed her nude and also added that things got a little uncomfortable and some technical issues arose; the camera broke during Murphy and Florence’s nude scene. The crew had no choice but to try to resolve the issue.

A person then came into the room to attempt to fix the camera there as in the middle of our sex scene. It’s a closed set, so we’re both holding our bodies like this,” she said, wrapping her arms around herself. Florence Pugh explained that there was already a limited number of cameras they could use to shoot with, No one knows this, but it did —when we were both naked and there weren’t many cameras,” she said while speaking to her time on set, as she recalled the chaos.

She ultimately decided to turn it into a learning experience and had a conversation about camera repair with the technician despite being naked.

Florence Pugh joked that she used a camera-related incident during one of ‘Oppenheimer’s sex scenes as a golden opportunity to acquire knowledge about cameras. “I’m like, well, this is my moment to learn. He explained, and actually, Chris comes in that and becomes the light coming in wrong. It’s just amazing that everyone on this set was so knowledgeable and so in a fit state to make this kind of movie that there was no dead moment.
Christopher has defended the scenes and said he felt “decorously nervous” to shoot them, especially since it was his first time directing sex scenes.

Eventually, director Christopher Nolan concluded that there was a problem with the way the light was coming in onto the set, and they were soon able to get back to shooting.
Thinking of the whole disaster, Florence took a moment to honor all the people who worked on the Oscar-nominated film and said what a remarkable moviemaking experience it was.
